The process of working with a psychiatrist to ensure that your psychiatric medications are effective and safe
Dr. Battaglino has extensive experience prescribing and managing psychiatric medications and supplements and their side effects in adult and geriatric populations. She will carefully survey any other medications and supplements that you are taking that may interact with your medication and is diligent in ordering necessary tests to monitor medication effects upon the body.
This may include changing doses, switching medications, adding new drugs or weaning off medication.
